Air Canada - The union represents all sales and service agents who work at airports, city ticket offices, Aeroplan, reservation offices and crew scheduling.
Air Canada Jazz is a subsidiary of Air Canada. The union represents all ground employees who are employed in a variety of jobs from customer service agents to maintenance and aircraft servicing work on the ramp at airport and cargo locations across Canada.

Air NorTerra Inc. / Canadian North The union represents customer service agents at airports and cargo offices in the Western and Eastern Arctic.
Airport Terminal Services Toronto Airport. Our members handle passenger services, ramp services, cabin services and maintenance as contract workers for various airlines including American Airlines and Midwest Airlines.
CLS Catering - our members provide in-flight catering for a number of airlines operating out of Vancouver Airport including Cathay Pacific and Lufthansa.
Dryden Air Services(Regina Saskatchewan) - These members are Ramp Attendants who work on the air side of the airport. They load and unload cargo and baggage on aircraft.
Excel Cargo - Employs approximately 60 members who are represented by the CAW at Toronto Airport. These members perform cargo handling contract work for a number of airlines including British Airways, Alitalia, Finnair, Cathay Pacific, Cubanna, Aeroflot, Eva Air and Alliance Airlines.
First Air - These members are employed as Customer Service Agents at airports, reservations, cargo, and station agents (performing all functions) in the Western and Eastern Artic, and also in Ottawa, Winnipeg and Edmonton.
GTAA (Toronto Airport) - The members in this group have a wide variety of assignments from parking attendants and baggage system operators to apron co-ordinators and facility technicians. These members are responsible for the day to day operations of the airport terminal.
Handlex (Toronto and Montreal) - The union represents customer service agents (Toronto) and Cabin Service agents (Toronto and Montreal). This company is a general contractor which services the charter airline industry.
Hilton (Saint John, NB) - The members of this group are comprised of 10 different classifications and comprises almost every aspect of the hotel operations. Some of the various functions are: Engineering, Front Desk Operations, Housekeeping, Kitchen and Banquet staff.
Morningstar Air Express - Based in Vancouver, BC; Edmonton, Alberta; Regina Saskatchewan; and Hamilton, Ontario. The members are pilots who work on a contract basis for Federal Express, moving cargo across Canada.
ORNGE - Ontario Air Ambulance - Responsible for patient care and medical transfers, Ornge operates the largest and most sophisticated program of aero-medical transport in North America. Its operations currently serve the 12.5 million residents of the province of Ontario.
Servisair (Vancouver Airport) - The union represents customer service agents. Servisair is a general contractor servicing the charter and scheduled airline industry.
United Airlines - Our members work at Toronto Airport as Customer Service Agents handling flights to and from the USA.
WEBB Airport Services (Toronto Airport) - Our members work as baggage system operators and maintenance, and as such are responsible for the baggage belt systems at Terminal One.
Worldwide Flight Services - Our members perform ramp ground handling contract work for various airlines at Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal airports.

The Canadian Auto Workers Local 2200 is the Local Union that represents the maintenance workers of Coast Mountain Bus Company. Coast Mountain Bus Co. is a publicly funded subsidiary of Translink and is responsible for operating the Bus Service and Seabus Service in the Lower Mainland Area of British Columbia.
The membership is comprised of approximately 500 Skilled Trades Workers and 200 support and trades related workers dedicated to servicing and maintaining the more than 1,100 buses and Six Transit Garages under jurisdiction of Coast Mountain Bus Co.
